The ZONER™ personnel badge-tag is engineered to be recorded by RELAYER™ reader attached to the outside of the container. A record is kept by the contain of all those present in every step of the critical process.
AVANTE Container Security System includes Real-Time Locating & Monitoring Capability using Active RFID ZONER™-RELAYER™ reader network
- Place two or more RFID “ZONER™” devices inside the container.
- Integrate with with optional radioactive, chemical and biological sensors inside the container upon sealing from the shipping agent depending on the trustworthy index.
- Monitor any tampering and activities inside containers with the RFID-sensors during transit from starting point to the container loading port.
- If chemical, biological or radiactive sensor modules are used, data collected and reported at the dock or in extreme cases, real-time reporting to the local authorities.
- For most application, the sensor modules may be recyled after confirmation of cargo safety. Container lock and seal may be open and sensors retrieved for uses with other containers. Replace seal and place multiple RFID “ZONER™” inside the containers before loading into international carrier.
- RELAYER™ reader-monitor is in constant communications with ZONER tags that are collecting and reporting the sensor and signal strength data along with time-stamp and tag identification.
- RELAYER™ reader-monitor also monitors the presence and absence the driver(s) and for how long if they ever move away from the container.
- AVANTE also provides RELAYER™ reader-monitor to a cellular-satellite communication module that can provide real-time reporting capabilities.

CONTENT AND BOX STUFFING MONITORING:
While certification of trusted supply chain partnership is one of the key component of any supply chain safety management: the basic motto of "trust but verify" still applies. AVANTE designs the following patented and patent-pending technologies and process to help automate such verifications:
- Those that are involved in the loading process should be properly certified and each bearing a personnel ZONER badge along with the inspectors from local or other authorities.
- The RELAYER reader-monitor and ZONER tags should be signed-off and issued by proper authorities and placed outside and inside of the container by trained staff.
- If chemical, biological, radio-active and/or other sensor modules are to be incorporated, they are connected to the ZONER tags for reporting to the RELAYER reader-monitor.
- Initiate the loading and departure from the box stuffing control areas using RELAYER PDU handheld unit.
- Monitor the following parameters and reports either in real-time or at the port yard area:
- The total time of transit.
- Any time interval that the driver(s) are not with the container.
- Any exceptions in terms of temperature, shock, and if used, chemical, biological, radio-active and otehr sensor measurements.
- Any opening of the container and for how long.
- If celluar-satellite communication unit is used along with GPS, the actual route of transit and any exception.
